Abstract :
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan Bagian Produksi Pada PT. Bogasari Flour Mills Indofood Sukses Makmur. Tbk Surabaya,. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja Sedangkan variabel terikat adalah kinerja karyawan Bagian Produksi Pada PT. Bogasari Flour Mills Indofood Sukses The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job satisfaction partially on employee performance Part Production At PT. Bogasari Flour Mills Indofood Sukses Makmur. Tbk Surabaya ,. Independent variable in this study is job satisfaction While the dependent variable is the performance of employees Production Section At PT. Bogasari Flour Mills Indofood Sukses Makmur. Tbk Surabaya ,. In this research, the determination of the sample is done by non probability sampling method with purposive sampling procedure. The sample used is 96 people. Prior to hypothesis testing conducted reliability and validity test. The result is all the variables, validity and reliability of test results. Result of t test show variable with significance less than 0,05. Thus the first hypothesis that states "job satisfaction is partially significant effect on employee performance Part Production At PT. Bogasari Flour Mills Indofood Sukses Makmur. Tbk Surabaya, can be supported truth. Keywords:Job Satisfaction and Performance Makmur. Tbk Surabaya,. Dalam penelitian ini, penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling dengan prosedur purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 96 orang. Sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis dilakukan uji reliabilitas dan validitas. Hasilnya adalah semua variabel, validitas dan reliabilitas hasil uji. Hasil uji t menunjukkan variabel dengan signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang pertama yang menyatakan ?kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bagian Produksi Pada PT. Bogasari Flour Mills Indofood Sukses Makmur. Tbk Surabaya, dapat didukung kebenarannya. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan kerja dan Kinerja
