Abstract :
The research examined by this researcher was conducted with the aim of knowing whether knowledge of taxation, work environment, financial rewards, professional recognition and self-efficacy can affect the interest of UWKS accounting students in a career in taxation. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Wijaya Kusuma where the population of this study was accounting students in semester 5 and semester 7, with a sampling technique in the form of accidental sampling with a total sample of 64 samples. The analytical technique used by the researcher in this study is in the form of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23.0 version. The results that have been carried out by researchers in this study show that knowledge of taxation, work environment, financial rewards, professional recognition, and self-efficacy affect the interest of UWKS accounting students to have a career in taxation.
