Abstract :
(ABSTRAKSI) Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara self efficacy dan pemaknaan nilai-nilai religiusitas dengan gaya pengambilan keputusan dalam pembuatan peraturan daerah. Subjek penelitian adalah anggota dewan Propinsi Yogyakarta, Kota Yogyakarta dan Kabupaten Sleman yang diperoleh subjek sebanyak 36 orang dan diambil secara purposive non random sampling dengan kriteria beragama Islam, sudah menjadi anggota dewan minimal tiga tahun atau bukan anggota pengganti antar waktu, berusia minimal 21 tahun, pendidikan terakhirnya setingkat Sekolah Lanjutan Tingkat Pertama (SLTP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan ditolak atau tidak ada hubungan positif (searah) yang signifikan antara self efficacy dengan pengambilan keputusan dalam pembuatan peraturan daerah (rxy=0.049 dengan p > 0.05 (0.775)) dan pemaknaan nilai-nilai religiusitas dengan pengambilan keputusan dalam pembuatan peraturan daerah (rxy= 0.096 dengan p > 0.05 (0.585)); (Freg = 0.155 dengan p > 0,05 (0.857)), demikian juga halnya dengan gaya pengambilan keputusan rasional dengan self efficacy (rxy= 0.086 dengan p > 0.05 (0.624)) dan pemaknaan nilai-nilai religiusitas dengan gaya pengambilan keputusan rasional (rxy= 0.099 dengan p > 0.05 (0.573)); (Freg = 0.181 dengan p > 0.05 (0.836)). Gaya pengambilan keputusan intuisi dengan self efficacy diperoleh (rxy= -0.001 dengan p > 0.05 (0.991)) sehingga hipotesis ditolak atau tidak ada hubungan negatif (tidak searah) yang signifikan dan pemaknaan nilai-nilai religiusitas dengan gaya pengambilan keputusan intuisi diperoleh (rxy= 0.084 dengan p > 0.05 (0.632)) sehingga hipotesisnya diterima atau ada hubungan positif yang signifikan; (Freg = 0.187 dengan p > 0.05 (0.831)). (ABSTRACT) The study was aimed at knowing whether or not there was a relationship between self efficacy and understanding on religion values with the style of decision making in setting the local regulation. The subject of the study were the legislative members in Yogyakarta Province, Yogyakarta District and Sleman Regency. There were 36 subjects taken by using purposive non random sampling. All of the research subjects were Moslems and they were permanent legislative members for at least 3 years whose ages were at least 21 years old, and were hold at least junior high school diploma. The result of the study stated that the presented hyphotesis was refused or there was no significant positive relation between self efficacy and decision making in arranging the local regulation (rxy=0.049; p > 0.05 (0.775)) and the understanding of the religious values and decision making in arranging the local regulation (rxy= 0.096; p > 0.05 (0.585)); (Freg = 0.155; p > 0,05 (0.857)), there was also no significant relation between the rational style of decision making and self efficacy (rxy= 0.086; p > 0.05 (0.624)) and no relation between the understanding of religious values with the rational style of decision making (rxy= 0.099; p > 0.05 (0.573)); (Freg = 0.181; p > 0.05 (0.836)). When the intuition style of decision making and self efficacy are reachable (rxy= -0.001; p > 0.05 (0.991)) the hypothesis will be refused or there will be no significant negative relation and when the understanding of religious values and intuition style of decision making are reachable (rxy= 0.084; p > 0.05 (0.632)) the hypothesis will be accepted or there will be a significant positive relation (Freg = 0.187; p > 0.05 (0.831)).
