Abstract :
(ABSTRAKSI) Banyak institusi berusaha untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan berupa teknologi canggih yang ironisnya belum tentu akan berjalan linier dengan kemudahan yang didapatkan pengguna sistem informasi. Menurut beberapa penelitian mengenai hubungan antara sistem informasi dengan pengguna, banyak kesimpulan yang menyatakan bahwa kecanggihan sistem informasi tidak berjalan linear dengan kemudahan penggunaan. Keperilakuan dari pengguna merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat dipakai guna melihat efektivitas sebuah sistem informasi. Penelitian yang akan mengambil kasus berupa sistem informasi di Bethesda. Bethesda memiliki duapuluh sistem informasi terintegrasi dengan jumlah karyawan mencapai lebih dari seribu orang. Penelitian akan berupa evaluasi terhadap sistem informasi menggunakan model beraspek keperilakuan pengguna. Penelitian bertujuan menjawab hipotesis berdasarkan pada literatur mengenai hubungan antara pengguna dengan sistem informasi. Lebih luas lagi diharapkan akan memberi gambaran bagaimana sistem informasi yang ideal dari sisi keperilakuan penggunanya. (ABSTRACT) Many institutions try to improve the quality of services by enhance the advanced technology which ironically is not necessarily going run linearly with the ease of use of information system. According to some research on the relationship between information systems with the user, a lot of inference state that the sophistication of the information system does not run linearly with ease of use. Behavioral of users is one way that can be used to look at the effectiveness of an information system. Case studies will take information systems in Bethesda. Bethesda has twenty integrated information system and has number of employees reached more than a thousand people. Research will be the evaluation of information systems based on user behavioral. The research aims to answer the hypotheses based on the literature on the relationship between user and information systems. Broadly, research is expected to give ideas about how information systems are ideal in terms of its user behavioral.
