Abstract :
This research investigates influence of environmcnt and compcnsation work to employees work productivity. Utilized employees part of production at PT. Primissima which is have location in Sieman as research subvek. Data which used in this research is obtained primary data or questionnaire of kuesioner propagated to responder. Compensation of identifled Henry (199 /), enviroionent work identifird Supardi (1993) a•d employees work productivity of identificd Muchdarsyah (2000). This Research result show, existence of influence of cnvironment and compensation work to cmployces work productivity. Compensation havc positive relation and isn't it to emptoyees work productivity. Environmental have positive relation and isn't it to empioyees work productivity. This invention support theory before all that job environment and compensation have positive influencc to employees work productivity.
