ABSTRACT This study departs from a concern that has been and is being traversed by the academic community, while presenting textbooks such as; Jawaahir Al-Balaghah (Ahmad Al-Hasyimy), Al-Balaghah Al-Waadhihah (Aly Al- Jaazzimy and Mustafa Amin), Al- Shuwar Al-Bayaaniyyah (Hifny Muhammad Sharif), with materials and examples which have expired. Based on the argument above, this study aims to; 1). Reveal the value of the language style of the Qur?an Al-Karim, its merits and its strong influence on definition.2). Provide aclear and cooplete picture for lecturer in the preparation of balaghah science teaching and learning process. 3). Provide a clear and complete view for the lecturers, in compiling teaching materials on the science of balaghah, using the language style of the Qur?an Al-Karim in learning materials of balaghah. This research usus descriptive qualitative research to analyze the characteristic style of the Qur?an Al-Karim, as where the study of languages in general, as well as the quantitative to develop science teaching metrials oof bayan (isti?arah). The qualitative analysis technique is ased to analyse verses of Al-Qur?an Al-Karim as well as qualitative data in the process of developing teaching materials of isti?arah. Quantitative analytical techniques are used to analyze the results of trials of products based on statistic. Based on the research, produces findings, as follows; (1). The use of teaching materials with poetry is still difficult to understand it. (2). The verses of the Qur?an (especially in the verse of Makiyah), there are many language style of Metaphor, personification, and Tamtsil. (3). Isti?arah teaching materials (the science of bayan) by using the verses of the holy Al-Qur?an Al-Karim, it is easier understood by the students because, often read and memorized. (4). The teaching materials has its own characteristics, because all the material is taken from verses of the hooly Qur?an Al-Karim. (5). The test result show that; isti?arah teaching materials (the science of bayan) developed is valid in terms of content, design and language, as well as effective based on the results of tests conducted after the test and influence the learning process of students. This research is expected to contribute to help students in understanding the teachings of Islam through the verses of mutasyabihat and allows students to learn the science of bayan, because the example is taken from the Al-Qur?an Al-Karim. Likewise, it is expected that the product of this research, can complement the exiting balaghah science textbooks.
