Abstract :
ABSTRAK Masalah penelitian: kelemahan korelasi antara sistem pendidikan dan sektor teknis dan kejuruan dari pasar tenaga kerja dan pelatihan, menjadi rentan dan pengaruh timbal balik antara mereka lemah bahkan jika tersedia, pasar kerja yang dinamis, dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknis cepat dan menderita pendidikan teknis dan kejuruan dan sistem pelatihan kesulitan untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknis untuk beberapa alasan, itu termasuk kesulitan memodifikasi atau mengubah kurikulum pada waktu yang tepat, dan terus memperbarui fasilitas pelatihan karena kelangkaan sumber daya keuangan dan keterbatasan dari departemen pusat. Metodologi Penelitian: Peneliti metode deskriptif analitis digunakan karena sesuai dengan tema ini, mungkin deskripsi dan analisis pelatihan manajemen dan rehabilitasi di Institut Tinggi untuk karir Komprehensif dan apakah pendekatan ini bertemu dan mengikuti dengan kebutuhan dan persyaratan dari General Electric Company dari pasar tenaga kerja dan oleh karena itu program pelatihan, tujuan dan metode pengajaran deskripsi dan pelatihan dan sarana pelatihan dan efektivitas output dengan persyaratan dan kebutuhan dari General Electric Company sebagai karya pasar. Research Methodology: Researcher descriptive analytical method is used because it is in line with this theme, it may be a description and analysis of management training and rehabilitation at the Higher Institute for Comprehensive careers and whether this approach meets and keep pace with the needs and requirements of the General Electric Company of the labor market and therefore are the training program, objectives and teaching methods description and training and means of training and the effectiveness of the outputs with the requirements and needs of the General Electric Company as a market work.
