ABSTRACT The approach that was used to research this is the quantitative approach, as correlational and in a linear regression multiple. The population was all the council of teachers madrasah ibtidaiyah sub district Bangorejo Banyuwangi and samples from 113 people. Lab data collected through chief or the questionnaire and data were analyzed using spss 15.0 for windows. This study attempts to (1) testing the where abouts of relationships positive and welfare between supervision academic head madrasah with work the performance islamic school teachers ibtidaiyah sub district Bangorejo Banyuwangi, (2) testing the where abouts of relationships positive and welfare between compensation work with work the performance islamic school teachers ibtidaiyah sub district Bangorejo Banyuwangi, (3) testing the where abouts of relationships positive and welfare between supervision academic head madrasah and compensation work together with work the performance islamic school teachers ibtidaiyah sub district Bangorejo Banyuwangi. This research result indicates that (1) supervision academic head madrasah had links a positive and significant with work the performance islamic school teachers ibtidaiyah sub district Bangorejo Banyuwangi, (2) compensation work had links a positive and significant with work the performance islamic school teachers ibtidaiyah sub district Bangorejo Banyuwangi, (3) supervision academic head madrasah and compensation work together had links a positive and significant with work the performance islamic school teachers ibtidaiyah sub district Bangorejo Banyuwangi. Based on the research done, so can be explained suggestions as follows: (1) to school supervisor a base or madrasah ibtidaiyah and head madrasah expected in implement supervision not only things been administrative, but prefer supervision in academics, so that it can improve the performance teachers who to be able to improve the quality of education, (2) head of madrasah need to trying to optimally to increase compensation work, good of financial and non financial. ABSTRAK Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, berjenis korelasional dan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Populasinya adalah seluruh dewan guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah se-Kecamatan Bangorejo Kabupaten Banyuwangi dan sampel sebanyak 113 orang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui angket atau kuesioner dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS 15.0 for windows. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menguji ada tidaknya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi akademik kepala madrasah dengan kinerja guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah se-Kecamatan Bangorejo Kabupaten Banyuwangi, (2) menguji ada tidaknya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi kerja dengan kinerja guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah se-Kecamatan Bangorejo Kabupaten Banyuwangi, (3) menguji ada tidaknya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi akademik kepala madrasah dan kompensasi kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah se-Kecamatan Bangorejo Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) supervisi akademik kepala madrasah mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah se-Kecamatan Bangorejo Kabupaten Banyuwangi, (2) kompensasi kerja mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah se-Kecamatan Bangorejo Kabupaten Banyuwangi, (3) supervisi akademik kepala madrasah dan kompensasi kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja guru M
