ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the relationship between administrative corruption and job satisfaction of employees teaching hospital of al-Khoms Libya, and to analyze and determine the relationship between administrative corruption with employee performance at the teaching hospital of al-Khoms Libya. Researchers used quantitative descriptive research methods. In the data collection researchers used questionnaires. While the data analysis through SPSS program. The results of this study are as follows: 1. There is a significant relationship between employee satisfaction administrative corruption at the hospital al-Khoms Libya, where the level of significance in the first secondary variable (satisfaction) is 0.000, and the value is lower than the level of significance ( 0.5%). This indicates statistical significance stock so that this hypothesis is accepted. But the relationship between these two variables is the opposite relationship, and it is a negative relationship. 2. There is a significant correlation between the performance of the administrative corruption hospital employee education al-Khoms Libya, where the level of significance at the second secondary variable (performance) was 0.000, and the value is lower than the significance level (0.5%). This indicates statistical significance stock so that this hypothesis is accepted. But the relationship between these two variables is the opposite relationship, and it is a negative relationship. From the results of this study researchers gave several recommendations, including: 1. The need to eradicate administrative corruption at the teaching hospital of al-Khoms Libya through the implementation of the explanation signs of corruption and inform the entire hospital staff in meetings and training programs through the means of communication etc. office. 2. The need to delete routines in all its forms relating to additional bureaucracy that covers the eyes of employees to other forms of administrative corruption that exists, and make employees undecided and confused between the fight against corruption or implementing information and rules are rigid and textually without development. 3. The need to focus on misbehavior in combating administrative corruption by using some form of recreation facilities, transparency, fairness and some work ethic in an organization of social services of health in the country of Libya. And spreading the values contained in the organization's culture ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui hubungan antara korupsi administratif dengan kepuasan kerja pada pegawai rumah sakit pendidikan al-khoms Libya, dan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui hubungan antara korupsi administratif dengan kinerja pada pegawai rumah sakit pendidikan al-khoms Libya. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan kuisioner. Sedangkan analisis data melalui progam SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara korupsi administratif dengan kepuasaan pegawai rumah sakit al-khoms Libya, dimana tingkat signifikansi pada variable sekunder yang pertama
