ABSTRACT This research aims to know some causes which lead to the increasing of employees? performances through the application of E-Management in Society Development Corporation, know some managerial methods which contributes in the increasing of employees? performances through the implementation of organizational culture, study some of the E-Management aspects and organizational culture and the correlation between both and the employees? performances. This research uses questionnaire as the main data collection, the sample are 112 people of office employees and academicians. The researcher uses analysis descriptive method and some statistic methods to test some hypotheses, they are: Pearson Correlation testing, Alfa Krunch Reliability testing and simple linier regression and multiple linier regression testing. The result shows that : 1. There is a significant correlation between E-Management and the employees? performances in Society Development Corporation. 2. There is a significant correlation between organizational culture and employees? performances in Society Development Corporation. 3. There is a significant correlation between E-Management and organizational culture in Society Development Corporation. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa penyebab yang mengarah kepada peningkatan kinerja pegawai melalui penerapan E-Manajemen di perusahaan pembangunan masyarakat, mengetahui beberapa metode managerial yang berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai melalui pelaksanaan budaya organisasi, mempelajari beberapa unsur E-Manajemen dan budaya organisasi serta hubungan keduanya dengan kinerja pegawai. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan dari penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan angket sebagai alat utama dalam pengumpulan data, sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 112 orang; terdiri dari kalangan pegawai kantor dan akademisi. Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis, dan menggunakan beberapa metode statistik untuk menguji beberapa hipotesis, antara lain: uji korelasi Pearson, uji reabilitas Alfa Krunch dan uji regresi liniear sederhana dan regresi liniear ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1.Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara E-Manajemen dengan kinerja pegawai di perusahaan pembangunan masyarakat. 2.Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai di perusahaan pembangunan masyarakat. 3. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara E-Manajemen dan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai di perusahaan pembangunan masyarakat.
