ABSTRACT This study uses descriptive research that finds out the relationship between the level of organizational value in educational institutions and the level of job satisfaction among employees by identifying and analyzing the level of organizational value and level of job satisfaction of the employees based on the elements of different variables. In this study the researchers used Independent Variables (Value of organizational management, value of task management, value of relationship management and environmental management value) and the dependent variable which is job satisfaction. Researchers use Quantitative Descriptive Method based on Statistical Analysis method to analyze data by using SPSS Program Version 22. Data Collected by researcher from resources to which the object of the research is done in University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The number of subjects selected is 254 people from the Employees and Lecturers. The results of this study show the validity of the first hypothesis that is the suitability of the level of organizational value at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, as the research shows the validity of the second hypothesis in the suitability of the level of job satisfaction at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, because the arithmetic of the two variables produce a very perfect scale. While the third hypothesis shows a positive relationship between organizational value (organizational management value, task management value, value of relationship management and environmental management value) collectively with job satisfaction level at University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between independent variables (the value of organizational management, the value of task management and environmental management values) and the level of job satisfaction at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. While in the study showed no relationship between the value of relationship management with the level of job satisfaction. The researcher advises the University to pay close attention to the value of the organization and to inform employees so that it is more rooted to management and employees. And pay attention to the most important elements in terms of job satisfaction which are Salary, Promotion, and Incentives, which is a means to meet the needs of employees. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif yang berusaha mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat nilai organisasi di institusi pendidikan dan tingkat kepuasan kerja di antara pegawainya dengan melakukan identifikasi dan analisis tingkat nilai organisasi dan tingkat kepuasan kerja para pegawai dengan berdasarkan unsur-unsur variabel yang berbeda. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan Variabel Independen (Nilai manajemen organisasi, nilai manajemen tugas, nilai manajemen hubungan dan nilai pengelolaan lingkungan hidup) dan Variabel dependen tentang kepuasan kerja. Peneliti menggunakan Metode Deskriptif Kuantitatif yang didasarkan pada metode Analisis Statistik untuk menganalisis data dengan menggunakan Program SP
