Abstract :
INDONESIA: Audit sosial merupakan alat yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai dampak sosial dan lingkungan dari kegiatan perusahaan, mengukur efektifitas program perusahaan yang bersifat sosial dan melaporkan seberapa jauh perusahaan menjalankan tanggung jawab sosialnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan hasil evaluasi kinerja atas implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) oleh BRI. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan CSR dan data primer berupa hasil wawancara. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling kepada pelaksana program, dan snowball sampling kepada penerima program untuk memperoleh informasi-informasi yang akurat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis 15 program yang dievaluasi, menunjukkan 2 program dengan kinerja sangat baik, 11 program dengan kinerja baik, dan 2 program dengan kinerja sedang. Artinya BRI secara keseluruhan telah berhasil dalam melaksanakan tanggung jawab sosialnya dengan baik. Program CSR BRI yang memiliki tingkat keberhasilan tertinggi yaitu program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, serta program kebijakan pelayanan nasabah. Sedangkan program dengan tingkat keberhasilan terendah yaitu program konsumsi energi listrik. ENGLISH: Social audit is a that can be used to assess the impact social and environmental from the company, measuring the effectiveness of company program that social and reported how far company run social responsibility. This study attempts to presents the results of performance evaluation over the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by BRI. This report is written with a qualitative approach descriptive. The data used was secondary data of report csr and data primary of the results of interviews. Sample determined to technique purposive sampling to the program manager, and snowball sampling to recipients a program to obtain informasi-informasi accurate. Based on the results of the analysis 15 program who audited, 2 program with the performance of very good, 11 programs with performed well, and 2 program with the performance of being.It means bri as a whole has been successful in undertakes responsibility social well. CSR BRI has the highest success namely the program occupational health and safety, and the program policy service customers. While programs with the level of success of lowest namely the program electric energy consumption.
