Abstract :
INDONESIA: Sistem Informasi Akuntansi berbasis komputerisasi merupakan kebutuhan mutlak yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap organisasi, baik organisasi berorientasi laba, maupun organisasi nirlaba. Yayasan Nurul Hayat merupakan salah satu organisasi nirlaba yang beraktivitas untuk menghimpun dan menyalurkan dana pada masyarakat luas, khususnya daerah Malang yang aktivitasnya menggunakan komputer. Oleh karenanya, peneliti ingin menganalisis penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi berbasis komputerisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan cara wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara melakukan pemahaman terhadap realitas, pengukuran kesesuian dan penganalisisan data. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis komputerisasi pada YNH, dalam aktivitasnya belum efektif karena ada beberapa faktor seperti kebijakan program menjemput zakat, dokumen dan juga belum mempunyai flowchart. Secara keseluruhan, dalam penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi berbasis komputerisasi YNH Cabang Malang belum efektif. Penerimaan dan penyaluran belum sempurna sebagaimana yang ada dalam teori yang berlaku. ENGLISH: Accounting information system based computerized is absolute necessity that should be owned by any organization, the good of an organization oriented profit, and a nonprofit organization foundation Nurul Hayat is one of a nonprofit organization that exertion to collect and disbursing funds to nationwide, especially the poor, activity use computers for that reason, researchers want to analyze application of the system based computerized accounting based information system. Qualitative descriptive approach was used in the study. Data is collected by means of interview, documentation and the literature study. The steps of which were carried out is to by conducting of understanding of reality, the measurement of suitability and the analyst of data. The results of the study concludes that the application of the system computerized accounting YNH based on information, in their activities have not been effective because there are several factors such as the policy of the program zakat, documents and also had yet to have flowchart. As a whole, in the implementation of the accounting based information system computerized YNH the branch of Malang is still not effective. The reception and the distribution of rudimentary as it existed in the theory with which applies.
