ABSTRACT This study aimed to identify the mechanism of action by the Takaful Islamic Insurance Company in Jakarta, and then figure out the strategies that the company relies upon the activation level of liquidity, and also know the difficulties and challenges faced by this company in the activation level of liquidity. I have used a researcher in this study descriptive approach qualitative, to describe and analyze the activation of liquidity in the Takaful company management.
