ABSTRACT One Improvement efforts through the supervision of professional teachers are teaching. Supervise the implementation of teaching needs to be done systematically by the school principal and school superintendent aims to provide guidance to teacher in order to carry out their duties effectively. And achievement motivation can occur if the pride of success. Secondly it is a decisive factor increasing the professionalism of teachers. On this basis, the formulation of the problem in this study were (1) Are there regulatori Academic supervision and achievement motivation of teachers to the partial teacher professionalism ? and (2) Are there regulatory supervision of variables influence achievement motivation, school and teacher to teacher professionalism simultaneously ? And the goal is (1) To determine the effect of variables and supervise the superintendent of achievement mativation of teachers to teacher professionalism partially, and (2) Are there regulatory supervision of variables influence achievement motivation, school and teacher to teacher professionalism simultaneously. Tihs Study user the approach used is a type of quantitative and correlational approaches. In accordance with the hypothesis, data has been collected was processed and analyzed using (1). Descriptive statistics to determine the charasteristics of respondents and (2). Multiple linear regression analysis to determine whether there is influence of the regulatory supervision of the school and achievement motivation of teachers to teacher professionalism. With a sample of 90 teachers in SMK country se kolaka district east. The results showed that: Firs, the implementation of Academik supervision to teachers Public Vocational Secondari Schools (SMK Negeri ) in east kolaka district included in the middle category (medium), evidenced by the results of 46,67% of respondents (sometimes). Akademik Of Supervison is sometime done and less running as they should, plus the lack of school superintendent in carrying out supervision as perceived by teachers Public Vocational Secondari Schools (SMK Negeri ) in east kolaka district. Second, achievement motivation owned teachers Public Vocational Secondari Schools (SMK Negeri ) teachers in east kolaka district included in the high category (good), evidenced by the results of 71,11 % of respondents (often), was added to the achievements of teachers who often receive various awards from different competitions held by the Department Of Education east Kolaka District. Third, simultaneous Academik of supervision and teacher achievement motivation affect the professionalism of teachers with f = 71,985 count greater than F table = 3,101 (df1 =2 and df2 = 87 and ? =0,05). Based on these data it can be concluded that the Academik supervision and teacher achievement motivation is a significant influence on the professionalism of teachers in Public Vocational Second
