ABSTRACT Developing of this interactive media Monopoli El-Smart caused of there is no media interactive in Islamic learning, especially for history of Islamic culture. The result of developing this media aimed to increase the learning?s effective, reach the goal of learning, and interested for the student in learning process, especially for history of Islamic culture learning. This media developed for a special theme, it is ?knowledge development in Abbasiyah Era, the interactive media monopoli El-Smart for nineth grades of Islamic senior high school?. The model of development this media is using Borg and Gall model, it is: analyst necessary, planning, composing a product, validate, revision of product, try and error , second revision of product, implementation. The results of validation from specialist of learning media monopoli El-Smart media get the total score 76,1 % with good qualification. The results of validation from specialist of subject matter get the total score 82,9% with good qualification. The results of validation from specialist of learning get the total score 89,7 % with very good qualification. In try and error stage on little group, monopoli El-Smart get the total score 91,6 % with very good qualification, and in try and error on field for effectivity, efficiency, and interested media, it get the total score 94,6% with very good qualification. And the results of students studying that valued by post-test of control class and post-test of experiment class in theme ?knowledge development process in Abbasiyah era?, knowed an average from studying result achieves 67,04 from 78,48, it means there is an achievement 11,44. And in theme ?the collapse of Abbasiyah era? knowed an average from post-test achieve 69,44 from 79,07, it means there is an achievement 9,63. From this research, researcher suggest for teacher in order to producting this interactive learning media effectively to achieve a motivation and student studying result, it means the teacher can product this media by digital media. ABSTRAK Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Monopoli El-Smart untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) ini didasarkan pada realita bahwa belum tersedianya media pembelajaran interaktif, khususnya permainan Monopoli dan rasa jenuhnya peserta didik terhadap proses pembelajaran SKI. Hasil pengembangan media ini dimaksudkan untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan keefektifan, keefesienan dan kemenarikan Monopoli El-Smart dalam proses kegiatan belajar SKI pada tema Proses Perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan Masa Abbasiyah untuk kelas XI di Madrasah Aliyah Amanatul Ummah Pacet. Agar tujuan di atas dapat terealisasikan dengan baik, peneliti mengadopsi model pengembangan Borg and Gall, yaitu: (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) perencanaan, (3) penyusunan produk, (4) validasi, (5) revisi produk I, (6) uji coba, (7) revisi produk II, (8) implementasi. Dari hasil validasi ahli media pembelajaran, Monopoli El-Smart mendapatkan skor total 76,1% dengan kualifikasi baik. Hasil validasi ahli materi mendapatkan skor total 82,9% dengan kualifikasi baik. Dan hasil validasi ahli pembelajaran mendapatkan skor total 89,7% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Pada tahap uji coba kelompok kecil, Monopoli El-Smart mendapatkan skor total 91,6% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Sementara dalam uji coba lapangan, tingkat keefisiensi, keefektifan dan kemenarikan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Monopoli El-Smart mendapatkan skor total 94,6% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik.
