ENGLISH: Education is not only the transfer of knowledge alone, but also as the formation of the religious character of the ethical character through the transfer of value. Education should not be regarded only as information and skills alone, but includes desire, individual needs good moral character. So the purpose of education should not be limited to information and the ability of individuals also humanize the character is good, religious character in Joseph MI Abdussatar Kediri West Lombok through habituation memorized the Koran as to make Muslims have a religious character is not easy, it takes time and process intensive coaching, a good alternative in the form of religious character is through the Holy Tahfidzul The focus of this thesis is: (1) The concept of a religious character in Joseph MI Tahfidzul Qur'an in Kediri Abdussatar Lombok Barat, (2) The process of formation of the religious character through Tahfidzul Qur'an in MI Yusuf Abdussatar Kediri Lombok Barat, (3) How does the character formed by Tahfidzul Qur'an in MI Yusuf Abdussatar Kediri West Lombok. This study used a qualitative method with case study approach, while the data collection techniques used is the method of observation, nterviews and documentation. The results of this study are 1). The concept of religious character in Joseph MI Abdussatar Kediri West Lombok through habituation, for ages 6-13 years old likes to imitate what is in the environment around. 2). The process of formation of a religious character in Joseph MI Abdussatar Kediri West Lombok through routine menghafalal Qur'an memorization means students have a good habit of good habits can go through the process of establishing a religious character. 3). Evaluation can be measured by rote religious character formed through the selection of graduation Tahfidzul Qur'an, the more someone hafalannya means students have a good habit that is studious, memorizing the Qur'an means to have good character. INDONESIA: Pendidikan tidak hanya transfer of knowledge semata, tetapi juga sebagi pembentukan karakter religius yang berwatak beretika melalui transfer of value. Pendidikan seharusnya tidak dipandang hanya sebagai informasi dan keterampilan saja namun mencakup keinginan, kebutuhan individu yang berwatak akhlak yang baik. Sehingga tujuan pendidikan itu seharusnya bukan sebatas infomasi dan kemampuan individu juga memanusiakan manusia yang berwatak baik, karakter religius di MI Yusuf Abdussatar Kediri Lombok Barat melalui pembiasaan hafal al-Qur?an karena untuk menjadikan muslim yang mempunyai karakter religius tidak mudah, butuh waktu dan proses pembiasaan yang intensif, alternatif yang baik didalam membentuk karakter religius adalah melalui tahfidzul Qur?an Fokus penelitian tesis ini adalah : (1), Konsep karakter religius didalam Tahfidzul Qur?an di MI Yusuf Abdussatar Kediri Lombok Barat, (2), Proses pembentukan karakter religius melalui Tahfidzul Qur?an di MI Yusuf Abdussatar Kediri Lombok Barat, (3), Bagaimana karakter yang terbentuk melalui Tahfidzul Qur?an di MI Yusuf Abdussatar Kediri Lombok Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
