ABSTRACT SMK 1 Turen is a senior high institution in which within, there is a process of educational activities involving several people by means and facilities in order to achieve a goal that has been set. The people involved in it are the principal and staffs, both teaching staff and other administrative personnel. The school principal as a leader of educational institution functions as administrator and supervisor. As the principal administrator, the principal is in charge and responsible for the progress of the institution, like the education program, student management, teaching and learning, personnel, financial, and facilities. While as the principal supervisor, the principal is responsible to help and guide teachers to improve the professionalism and competence of teachers to achieve educational goals that have been set as well as to foster an attempt for the principal to improve the quality of entrepreneurship students in SMKN 1 Turen. The importance of entrepreneurship learning for students at SMKN 1 Turen is to provide guidance, supervision and teaching of entrepreneurship for students to have applicable knowledge when being the time to get into the world of work and is expected to create their own jobs. The purpose of the study was to determine the technique performed by the principal in conducting supervision of education on the entrepreneurship subject teachers in SMKN 1 Turen, to find out what activities are done by the principal in supervision of entrepreneurship subject teachers in SMKN 1 Turen, and to know the results of educational supervision activities on the entrepreneurship subject teacher in SMKN 1 Turen. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. To obtain the related data to the above problems, the researcher uses the method of interview, observation and documentation. Furthermore, this study is analysed by using descriptive analysis, meaning that the researcher attempts to re-describe the data that has been collected on the principal's role as supervisor of education in SMKN 1 Turen. Based on the results of this study, it showed that the supervision activities carried out by the principal toward the entrepreneurship subject teachers was already well underway and in accordance with the reality on the ground, although there are deficiencies, including: limited time and land as supporting learning activities of the entrepreneurship students in SMKN 1 Turen, as well as some parents expect their children to go to college, since the econom
