ABSTRACT Every company has a way so that the company can survive in the competition, one of which areas should be improved is the human resource. Labor has a great potential to run the company's activities. Recognizing the importance of human resources for the survival of the company, it is appropriate for the company, not only considers employees as an asset but has as a partner in the business. In this case, the human resources, especially employees must receive fair treatment from what had given to the company where working. Since every employee is entitled to the respect and fair treatment from the company, so in a reciprocal relationship can enhance employee loyalty to the company. This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation of financial and non-financial compensation to loyalty in Arta Anugrah Jaya Cooperative. This research was conducted in cooperation of Arta Anugrah Jaya Mojokerto using a quantitative approach. This type of research was a case study. Data collection was through questionnaires. Research results were variable compensation consisted of financial compensation and non-financial compensation simultaneously was significant effect on employee loyalty in Arta Anugrah Jaya Cooperative Mojokerto. This was proven with more magnitude F (count) compared with F (table) that was 10.815> 3.354. For the partial test results claimed that the variable compensation of financial and non-financial compensation partially had no positive effect on employee loyalty in Cooperative of Arta Anugrah Jaya mojokerto. the non-financial compensation variable had a value of t (count) was smaller than t (table). As for the dominant variable listed in the financial compensation which contributed 44.5% in influencing employee loyalty in Cooperative of Arta Anugrah Jaya ABSTRAK Setiap perusahaan memiliki cara agar perusahaannya dapat bertahan ditengah ? tengah persaingan yang ketat, salah satunya bidang yang harus di tingkatkan ialah sumber daya manusia. Tenaga kerja memiliki potensi yang besar untuk menjalankan aktivitas perusahaan. Menyadari pentingnya sumber daya manusia bagi keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan maka sudah sewajarnya apabila perusahaan tidak hanya menganggap karyawan sebagai aset saja tetapi sudah sebagai mitra dalam berusaha. Dalam hal ini sumber daya khususnya karyawan harus mendapatkan perlakuan yang adil dari apa yang telah dia berikan pada perusahaan tempat dimana dia bekerja. Karena setiap karyawan berhak atas penghargaan serta perlakuan adil dari perusahaan, sehingga dalam hubungan timbal balik ini dapat meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap loyalitas di Koperasi Arta Anugrah Jaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Koperasi Arta Anugrah Jaya Mojokerto dengan menggunakan pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitiannya adalah variabel kompensasi yang terdiri dari kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan di Koperasi Arta Anugrah Jaya Mojokerto. Hal ini dibutikan dengan lebih besarnya F (hitung) dibandingkan dengan F (tabel) yakni 10,815 > 3,354. Untuk hasil uji parsial menyatakan bahwa variabel kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan Koperasi Arta Anugrah Jaya Kojokerto.
