ABSTRACT Companies currently in Indonesia is decreasing as the unstable economy and the rupiah soared. Funds or working capital issued is expected to return to the company in a short time and the efficiency of its performance, so as to achieve the purpose of the company is achieving optimal profit. Liquidity is a factor that determines success or failure of a company to do with profitability. As well as solvency is the company's ability to repay long-term liabilities. Profitability illustrates the company's ability to earn a profit. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect partially and simultaneously of variable of efficiency of working capital, liquidity, and solvency. This study used a quantitative research. Methods of data collection used secondary data already available both published and unpublished. Secondary data used monthly financial reports. Data required in this study were obtained through documentation on the party who had processed the data in the company. This study used data analysis multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing partial and simultaneous. From the results of this study showed that partially with the independent variables of working capital efficiency had no significant effect on profitability, whereas a result of liquidity had a positive and significant impact on profitability, and the results of solvency had a positive and significant impact on profitability. Simultaneously with the variable of efficiency of working capital, liquidity and solvency had a positive and significant impact on profitability ABSTRAK Perusahaan-perusahaan saat ini di Indonesia sangat menurun karena perekonomian tidak stabil dan rupiah melambung tinggi.Dana atau modal kerja yang dikeluarkan diharapkan dapat kembali ke perusahaan dalam waktu singkat dan efisiensi kinerjanya, sehingga dapat tercapai tujuan dari perusahaan yaitu mencapai laba optimal.Likuiditas merupakan faktor yang menentukan sukses atau tidaknya suatu perusahaan kaitannya dengan profitabilitas.Serta solvabilitas adalah kemampuan perusahaan untuk melunasi kewajiban jangka panjang.Profitabilitas menggambarkan kemampuan perusahaan untuk mendapatkan laba.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari variabel efisiensi modal kerja, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif.Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder yang sudah tersedia baik yang dipublikasikan dan tidak dipublikasikan.Data sekunder yang digunakan yaitu laporan keuangan bulanan.Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui dokumentasi pada pihak yang telah mengolah data-data pada perusahaan tersebut.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data regresi linier berganda beserta uji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dengan variabel-variabel bebas efisiensi modal kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan hasil dari likuiditas mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, dan hasil dari solvabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.Secara simultan dengan variabel efisiensi modal kerja, likuiditas dan solvabilitas mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas
