The purpose of this study was to determine simultaneous and partial whether the Islamic leadership influenced on organizational commitment of the CV. Dharma Utama Batu. It was also to know the indicator and to determine the most dominant influence on organizational commitment. Research is expected to provide benefits to some parties. This research used multiple regression analysis, the variables of Islamic Leadership (managerial ability, integrity, moralitydignity, and spiritual depth, breadth of knowledge, orientation to subordinates, task orientation, and emotional stability) toward the commitments of organization in the CV. Dharma Utama Batu. The results of this study, simultaneously Islamic Leadership (managerial ability, integrity, dignity of moral, spiritual depth, breadth of knowledge, orientation to subordinates, orientation on the task, emotional stability) influenced on Organizational Commitment to the value of 11.517 and sign 0,000, then partially contained difference significant and not significant, significant findings of three variables: the depth of spiritual, orientation on the subordinate and emotional stability of each gained value of (2,595) (3,024) (3,692) and the results were not significant of five variables: managerial ability, integrity , moralitysublime, breadth of knowledge, orientation on each task with a value of (-1.353), (0.186) (-0.344), (1.303) (0.154), while the most dominant variable was a variable of orientation on tasks with a contribution of 33 , 1%. ABSTRAK Komitmen Organisasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi yang telah di tentukan, hal ini tidak akan terwujud tanpa adanya sikap seorang pemimpin yang ampu mengayomi dan mampu memberikan kenyamanan dalam bekerja sehingga memunculkan komitmen dari para anggota organisasi untuk tetap bkerja bersama-sama guna mencapai tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan islami berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada CV. Dharma Utama-Batu. Dan untuk mengetahui indicator manakah yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap komitmen organisasi. Setelah penelitian ini dilakukan diharapkan memberikan manfaat bagi beberapa pihak.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda, yaitu variabel Kepemimpinan Islami (kemampuan manajerial, integritas, keluhuran akhlaq, kedalaman spiritual, kelusan ilmu, orientasi pada bawahan, orientasi pada tugas, stabilitas emosional) terhadap Komitmen Orgnisasi pada CV. Dharma Utama- Batu. Hasil dari penelitian ini, secara simultan Kepemimpinan Islami (kemampuan manajerial, integritas, keluhuran akhlaq, kedalaman spiritual, kelusan ilmu, orientasi pada bawahan, orientasi pada tugas, stabilitas emosional) berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dengan nilai 11,517 dan sig 0,000, kemudian secara parsial terdapat perbedaan hasil signifikan dan tidak signifikan, hasil signifikan dari 3 variabel: kedalaman spriritual, orientasi pada bawahan dan stabilitas emosional masing-masing mendapatkan nilai (2.595), (3.024), (3.692) dan hasil tidak signifikan dari 5 variabel: kemampuan mananjerial, integritas, keluhuran akhlaq, keluasan ilmu, orientasi
