ABSTRACT The background of this study is the fact that Service Marketing has become an important matter in modern concept of Islamic Bank. It has triggered the researcher to do a research on the impacts of some internal and external environmental factors on the Service Marketing by learning several factors, details, and impacts on the Service Marketing Level in Islamic Banks. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of internal environmental factors (organizational structure, strategy and supervision) on the Service Marketing level in Bank Mandiri Syariah Malang. It also aims to know and analyze the influence of external environmental factors (competition, technology and customer satisfaction) on the Service Marketing level in Bank Mandiri Syariah Malang, as well as to identify and analyze the most influential environmental factors both internally and externally on the Service Marketing level in Bank Mandiri Syariah Malang. This study employs quantitative analysis method. The samples are the 340 employees and customers of Bank Mandiri Syariah Malang. In the process of analyzing the data, the researcher uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) method to study the correlation between the variable and hypothesis. The results of the research concludes the truth that the first hypothesis, namely the internal environmental factors on variables such as organizational structure, marketing strategy and marketing supervision influence the Service Marketing level positively which is a Marketing Mix in Bank Mandiri Syariah Malang. The significance level is 0,000 and (? ? 0.05). It also supports the truth of the first, second and third supporting hypothesis through the influence of the existence of every variable with the significance level of 0,000 dan (? ? 0.05). This research also sets the truth that the second principal hypothesis, namely external environmental factors on variables such as competition technology, and customers? satisfaction, influence the service marketing level positively, which is a Marketing Mix in Bank Mandiri Syariah Malang with the significance level of 0,000 dan (? ? 0.05). It, as well, supports the truth of the fourth, fifth and sixth supporting hypothesis through the influence of every variable with the significance level of 0,000 dan (? ? 0.05). This research also concludes that external environmental factors have greater effects than internal environmental factors covering the environmental factors that influence the Mix Marketing in Bank Mandiri Syariah Malang where the regression coefficient value (B) on the external fac
