ABSTRACT The ineffectiveness of the implementation of children education in a family causes the growth and development of children do not improve maximally. Children education is one of the responsibilities of parents towards their chidren to educate, build and guide them to face the life in society, know between halal and haram, and teach them to be the Islamic generation based on Al-Quran and Hadits. This research is aimed to describe the concept and model of persuasive perspective strategy by Dr. Abdullah Nashih Ulwan in children education. According to his book ?Tarbiyatul Aulad Fi Al-Islam?, the purpose of children education does not only focus on the ability aspect, but also the quality dimension of human, approched with children?s piety. This research uses qualitative approach and the type of the research is Library Research. In collecting the data, the researcher uses documentation method in which the researcher finds the data related to the variable. It can be in the form of note, transcript, book, newspaper, magazine and others. In analyzing the data, the reseacher uses content analysis. The result of the research shows that, 1) The concept of children education can be seen from the reflection of how parents communicate and socialize persuasively with their children, implement the rule, discipline, reward and punishment, and how parents implement power and affection towards their children?s desire based on Islamic lesson. 2) The model of children education perspective by Dr. Abdullah Nashih Ulwan is implemented in various educacation which is applied by the parents towards their children as a guidance for the parents to be implemented in daily life. Besides, it fulfills the responsibility of the parents in guiding and leading their children based on Al-Quran and Hadits. Those are religious education, moral education, physical education, intellegency education, psychological education, social education and sex education ABSTRAK Melihat dari adanya keluarga yang menerapkan pendidikan anak yang kurang tepat, mengakibatkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak menjadi tidak maksimal. Pendidikan anak merupakan salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab orangtua terhadap anak untuk mendidik, membentuk dan membimbing anak-anaknya untuk mencapai tahapan tertentu yang menghantarkan anak untuk siap dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, mengetahui mana halal dan haram serta mendidik mereka menjadi generasi Islami sesuai dengan ajaran Al-Quran dan Hadits. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep pendidikan anak dengan gaya persuasif perspektif Abdullah Nashih Ulwanserta model-model pendidikan anak dengan gaya persuasif perspektif Abdullah Nashih Ulwan. Dalam salah satu karangannya yang berjudul ?Tarbiyatul Aulad Fi Al-Islam?. Tujuan pendidikan anak menurut beliau adalah memfokuskan tidak hanya mementingkan aspek kecerdasan saja, tetapi lebih pada dimensi kualitas manusia secara utuh dengan pendekatan pada sisi kesalehan anak. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian Library Research. Metode pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi, yaitu mencari data mengenai hal-hal atau variabel yang berupa catatan, transkip, buku, surat kabar, majalah dan sebagainya.
