ABSTRACT The Strategy of memorizing Al-Qur'an in Indonesia in particular has been developed. From conventional to modern 21st century one who apply the Strategy of memorizing by memorizing the verse and understanding is the Strategy of Tahfizh Qur'an Thematic. this method put forward memorized and understanding of the verse by adopting modern learner that is multiple intelegnsi, mind mapping, other cleavage brain theory and etc. The purpose of this research know specifically about Implementation of Thematic Strategy of Tahfizh Qur'an in Memorizing Al-Qur'an at Bait Al-Hikmah Foundation Malang with focus discussion 1) How to Plan Strategy Tahfizh Qur'an Thematic in Memorizing Al-Qur'an at Bait Al-Hikmah Foundation Malang, 2) How to Process Strategy Tahfizh Qur'an Thematic in Memorizing Al-Qur'an at Bait Al-Hikmah Foundation Malang 3) Evaluation Strategy Tahfizh Qur'an Thematic in Memorizing Al-Qur'an at Bait Al-Hikmah Foundation Malang. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach is a study aimed to describe and analyze phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of individuals and groups. Some of these descriptions are used to discover the principles and explanations that lead to conclusions. The type of research is case study. The presence of the researcher acts as an observer. The data source comes from primary and secondary data. Data collection through observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques by reducing data, display data and take conclusions. Then check the validity of data using extension of participation, persistence of observation, triangulation. The result of this research is first, this planning the researcher find 3 preparation done by teacher 1) preparation of curriculum to determine learning material and 2) Repetition material to be taught. 3)preparation of media to be provided to students. Second, the learning process conducted on Tahfizh Qur'an Thematic Strategy is divided into 3 processes.1)the initial activity of the teacher instructs the students to be orderly, pray together and collect the report, 2) the core activities (a) see the video (b) ask the students about the plot (c) Reading verse (d) the division of the verse into the word (e) repeating the verse together (f) the giving of the keyword or the meaning of the verse (g) the media of learning on the story of Musa and Khidir in the form of a puzzle, translation worksheet, song, role play 3) the closing activity of the teacher asks the students to repeat the material as well questioning one by one in order to give a strong memory and then end with a prayer together and brief question and answer as a requirement to go home.
