ABSTRACT This school belongs to a private elementary school. This ASWAJA Islamic Primary School has an excellent program as a local content by implementing the Al-Qur'an memorizing Program. Each class must be able to achieve the memorization that has been determined by the school as the target of rote. This research aims to (1) find out the local content program implementation of memorizing the Quran (2) figure out how implementation and (3) knowing the judgment of Al-Quran Recitation and memorization program at that school. This research used the qualitative approach, with the case study approach in Islamic. elementary ASWAJA Malang. Data obtained in this study through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. And based on the data obtained the researcher's analysis using descriptive analysis. that is to describe or illustrate what results in the field of the associated program execution memorizing the Qur'an in Islamic Elementary School ASWAJA Malang. The results of this research show that Islamic elementary School Aswaja Malang has been implementing a programme of memorizing the Qur'an as a form of implementation of the local content of the curriculum is also the setting of the founder of the school. Based on the results of research in the field of researchers obtained the findings among other benefits perceived by students, teachers, and parents. the determination of the allocation of time and sharing of materials, methods of rote memorization that used teachers in learning is quite diverse. the existence of learning planning and assessment of learning outcomes in the form of oral and written test and the distribution of certificates for students who have completed their memorization. Implementation tahfidz program can be implemented well because of the supporting factors in terms of age of students, a good learning environment, support from teachers and parents, as well as adequate facilities and support activities outside teaching and learning activities. In implementing the program there are problems or obstacles to the implementation tahfidz program at school. The inhibiting factors tahfidz program implementation is in terms of allocation of time, less students can set the time, forgot factor, and age of children who are still in play ABSTRAK Sekolah ini tergolong dalam Sekolah Dasar swasta. Sekolah Dasar Islam ASWAJA ini mempunyai program unggulan sebagai muatan lokal dengan menerapkan Program Hafalan Al-Qur?an. Setiap kelas harus mamapu mencapai hafalan yang telah di tentukan oleh sekolah sebagai target hafalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui pelaksanaan program muatan lokal hafalan Al-Qur?an (2) Mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan dan (3) Mengetahui penilaian dari program hafalan Al-Qur?an di sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus di SD Islam ASWAJA Kota Malang. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Dan berdasarkan data yang diperoleh tersebut peneliti analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan apa adanya hasil temuan di lapangan terkait pelaksanaan program hafalan Al-Qur?an di SD Islam ASWAJA Malang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SD Islam ASWAJA Kota Malang telah melaksanakan program hafalan Al-Qur?an sebagai bentuk implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal juga penetapan dari pendiri sekolah.
