ABSTRACT The title was selected to answer three fundamental questions. How the process of implementation of the the activities of Dhuha Prayer in Madrasah Raudlatul Mubtadiin Ketapang Laok Sampang, How the process of formation of attitude of students? discipline through the activities of Dhuha Prayer in Madrasah Raudlatul Mubtadiin Ketapang Laok Sampang and How results from the formation of attitude of students? discipline through the activities of Dhuha Prayer in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Raudlatul Mubtadiin. The aim of author in researching in Madrasah Raudlatul Mubtadiin was solely to study about what had been happening, in relation with the condition of students? discipline of MTs Raudlatul Mubtadiin in worship not only in learning. This research used qualitative descriptive approach. Basing on interview to the head of Madrasah and teachers of MTs Raudlatul Mubtadiin, as well as through observation and documentation to strengthen the results of the data obtained. The results of data was then analyzed by descriptive qualitatively approach. Results of the research showed that the process of implementation of activities of Dhuha Prayer In MTs Raudlatu Mubtadiin Ketapang Laok Sampang namely: a) habituation of Dhuha Prayer, b) habituation of pray after the Dhuha Prayer was done, c) schedule of filling kultum for students. The process of attitude formation of students? discipline was by: a) supervision or control, b) madrasah? rules, c) gift or reward, d) punishment for rule breakers. And the results from the formation of attitude of discipline through the activities of Dhuha Prayer namely: students became more diligent and disciplined to the activities of madrasah not only in Dhuha Prayer. ABSTRAK Judul tersebut dipilih untuk menjawab tiga pertanyaan mendasar. Bagaimana proses pelaksanaan kegiatan sholat dhuha di Madrasah Raudlatul Mubtadiin Ketapang Laok Sampang, bagaimana proses pembentukan sikap disiplin siswa melalui kegiatan sholat dhuha di Madrasah Raudlatul Mubtadiin Ketapang Laok Sampang dan bagaimana hasil dari pembentukan sikap disiplin siswa melalui kegiatan sholat dhuha di Madrasaha Tsanawiyah Raudlatul Mubtadiin. Tujuan penulis meneliti di Madrasah Raudlatul Mubtadiin semata-mata hanya ingin mengkaji tentang apa yang selama ini terjadi, terkait dengan kondisi kedisiplinan siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah Raudlatul Mubtadiin dalam hal ibadah bukan hanya dalam hal belajar saja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan berdasarkan wawancara kepada kepala Madrasah dan guru-guru yang ada di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Raudlatul Mubtadiin, serta dengan melalui proses observasi dan dokumentasi untuk memperkuat hasil data yang diperoleh. Kemudian hasil data tersebut dianalisis dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan Kegiatan Sholat Dhuha Di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Raudlatu Mubtadiin Ketapang Laok Sampang yaitu: a) pembiasaan sholat dhuha, b) pembiasaan membaca do?a setelah selesai sholat dhuha, c) jadwal mengisi kultum bagi siswa. Adapun proses pembentukan sikap disiplin siswa yaitu melalui: a) pengawasan atau kontrol, b) tata tertib madrasah, c) hadiah atau reward, d) pemberian hukuman bagi siswa yang melanggar. Dan hasil dari pembentukan sikap disiplin melalui kegiatan sholat dhuha yaitu: siswa lebih rajin dan disiplin terhadap kegiatan-kegiatan madrasah bukan hanya dalam sholat dhuha saja.
