Abstract :
INDONESIA: Sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen, dan peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 37 Tahun 2009 tentang Dosen disebutkan bahwa Tugas utama dosen atau yang tertuang dalam beban kerja dosen adalah melaksanakan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi dengan beban kerja paling sedikit sepadan dengan 12 (dua belas) sks dan paling banyak 16 (enam belas) sks pada setiap semester sesuai dengan kualifikasi akademik. Pelaksanaan tugas utama dosen perlu dievaluasi dan dilaporkan secara periodik sebagai bentuk akuntabilitas kinerja dosen pada tiap semesternya. Direktorat Pendidikan Tinggi Islam (DIKTIS) telah membuat aplikasi untuk menangani proses pelaporan ini yang mana terbagi menjadi 3 sisi yaitu aplikasi BKD untuk sisi dosen, fakultas dan universitas. Aplikasi bkd dari sisi dosen digunakan untuk pembuatan laporan kinerja dosen dan lembar koreksi asesor. Aplikasi untuk sisi fakultas digunakan untuk rekapitulasi tingkat fakultas dan sisi universitas untuk rekapitulasi tingkat universitas. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa proses pelaporan beban kerja dosen melalui copy-paste aplikasi seperti proses pengecekan dan verifikasi laporan beban kerja dosen oleh asesor, rekapitulasi tingkat fakultas dan tingkat universitas. Pada penelitian ini pengembangan sistem informasi beban kerja dosen dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah diatas dengan model pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall. Model waterfall dipilih karena metode ini cocok untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak secara runtut seperti fase model waterfall yaitu analisis, desain, implementasi dan pengujian. Dan pada fase analisis pemodelan menggunakan BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation). BPMN dipilih karena kemudahannya dikombinasikan dengan tipe diagram lain dan juga memiliki kemampuan untuk memodelkan proses bisnis yang kompleks. ENGLISH: As mandated in the Act No. 14 of 2005 about teachers and professors, and government regulation of the Republic Indonesia Number 37 in 2009 about the Lecturers mentioned that the main task of lecturer that contained in the workload of lecturers is implement the Tridharma of colleges with the workload at least commensurate with the 12 (twelve) credits and at most 16 (sixteen) credits in each semester in accordance with academic qualifications. Implementation the main tasks of Lecturers need to be evaluated and reported on periodically as a form of performance accountability lecturers in each semester. Directorate of Islamic higher education (DIKTIS) has made an application to handle the process of this reporting. This application is divided into 3 type applications, these are for lecturer, faculty and University. Application of bkd that uses for lecturer is used to manufacture performance report correction sheet lecturers and assessors. Then Application of bkd that uses for faculty is used to recapitulate in the level of faculties. The last, Application of bkd that uses for University is used for recapitulate in the University level. It caused several of the reporting process of lecturer?s workload just using copy-paste such as process checking and verification lecturer?s workload reports by the assessors, recapitulation in the level of faculty and university. In this research, developing of workload information system of lecturers is done to solve the problem above with using waterfall model development life cycle. The waterfall model is chosen because this model is suitable for software development in ordinal, like phase of waterfall, analysis, design, implementation and test. On the analysis phase using BPMN modeling. BPMN was chose because easily to combined with other chart types and also has the ability to model complex business processes.
