ABSTRACT The research objectives are to reveal: 1) Preparation for the implementation of curriculum based learning outcomes, 2) the learning process in the implementation of curriculum based learning outcomes, 3) the opinion of lecturers and leaders on the implementation of curriculum based learning outcomes, 4) Strengthening of quality arabic learning in the implementation of curriculum based learning outcomes. The research method used is descriptive cross-site study research, data collection techniques: interview, observation and documentation. The data collected were analyzed through cross-site analysis of Mataram Islamic State University and Muhammadiyah Mataram University. The results of the research are: 1) preparation for the implementation of curriculum based learning outcomes by completing curriculum document and lecturers' ability in developing Semester Learning Plan through workshop. 2) The learning process in implementation of curriculum based learning outcomes by combining two approaches of Student Centred Learning and Teacher Centred Learning through three steps of activity: initial activities, core activities and closing activities. Master tries to position herself between the two approaches by prioritizing highly effective Student Centred Learning for students by varying methods, and using authentic assessments. 3) The opinion of lecturers and leaders on the implementation of curriculum based learning outcomes. Lecturers' opinions relate to the interaction patterns of lecturers and students, lecturers' self-confidence, change awareness and attention to renewal. These are all important components of curriculum application models. The leadership opinion relates to work together, identification problems, socialization and organizational culture. 4). Strengthening of quality arabic learning in implementation of curriculum based learning outcomes with various efforts, namely: developing lecturer's ability, applying quality culture, organizing additional activities and developing instructional media. Formal research findings are using learning plan by combining student centered learning and teacher centered learning approach, using authentic assessment and continuous improvement can improve the quality of arabic learning ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk mengungkap: 1) Persiapan pelaksanaan kurikulum berbasis capaian pembelajaran, 2) proses pembelajaran dalam kurikulum berbasis capaian pembelajaran, 3) pendapat dosen dan pimpinan tentang penerapan kurikulum berbasis capaian pembelajaran, 4) Penguatan mutu pembelajaran Bahasa Arab dalam penerapan kurikulum berbasis capaian pembelajaran. Metode peneletian yang digunakan adalah peneletian deskriptif studi lintas situs, teknik pengumpulan data: wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis melalui analisis lintas situs Universitas Islam negeri Mataram dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) persiapan penerapan kurikulum berbasis capaian pembelajaran dengan melengkapi dokumen kurikulum dan peningkatan kemampuan dosen dalam pengembangan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester melalui lokakarya. 2) Proses pembelajaran dalam penerapan kurikulum berbasis capaian pembelajaran dengan memadukan antara dua pendekatan Student Centred Learning dan Teache
