"???? ???"????? ??? ????????. ABSTRACT In this research, the researcher focuses on Qiro?ah materials. The researcher found the problem in the Qiro?ah materials of students State Islamic Collage of Ponorogo, a lack of discipline in the texts and the lack of meaning vocabulary lead to difficulty in understanding the Qiro?ah material. Since the educational materials do not match the levels of students with little knowledge of Arabic vocabulary and Arabic grammer while some students did not know the Arabic language bit. Therefore, the students needed the educational materials associated with learning in and outside the classroom to improve the efficiency. Students also need learning tools by audiovisual, because when teaching Andragogy, adults remember 80 percent of what we hear, see, apply or remember when adults exercise new skill. From this point of view, the researcher saw the importance of the development of the accompanying educational materials in Qiro?ah on the basis of Androgogy teaching using Android to encourage and facilitate the students in learning and understanding the Qiro?ah materials. This research has a purpose: (1) to design a Qiro?ah teaching materials based on Andragogy Learning by Android to Students State Islamic Collage of Ponorogo East Java. (2) to find the effectiveness of teaching materials were developed based on Andragogy Learning methods with android at the State Islamic Collage of Ponorogo East Java. The researcher used qualitative and quantitative approaches and kind of research is R&D (Research and Development). And the instruments used are observation guide, interview guide, questioner, and test. And the result of this research: (1) This material was designed on these steps, they are: potential and problem analysis, data collection, product designing, expert validation, product experiment, last product. And the specification of this teaching material are: (a) Icon of Qiro?ah application, (b) Preface, (c) Learning Purpose, (d) Use Direction (e) Motivation Words, (f) Main menu, (g) Moral value of story, (h) Vocabulary, (i) Qiro?ah materials (j) exercise. (2) The result of the two experts as a validator in this product is excellent and this material is effective for improving student?s ability in Qiro?ah lesson which use the trial of pre-test and post-test and the result in pre-test is 52,5 then it increase in post-test to be 88,9 and also from the results of a questionnaire which distributed to teachers and student after using of this product were excellent and the product was effective for use. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berfokus pada materi Qiro?ah. Peneliti menemukan adanya masalah dalam materi Qiro?ah untuk mahasiswa IAIN Ponorogo, yaitu tidak adanya harokat dan tidak adanya kosakata menyebabkan sulitnya dalam pemahaman. Oleh karena itu, materi Qiro?ah tidak sesuai dengan tingkat kemampuan mahasiswa karena mereka tidak banyak mengetahui kosakata bahasa Arab begitu juga tentang tata baha
