ABSTRACT Rasyidiyah Khalidiyah Islamic Boarding School is a islamic boarding school in South Kalimantan. It?s famous to use kitab kuning and focus on function of language as system, which means that Arabic is a instrument to understand the classical books/kitab kuning. This islamic boarding school has been synchronized with Public Islamic High School today. Salafi boarding school known closed from development of science and technology, but not for Rasyidiyah Khalidiyah islamic boarding school. This Islamic Boarding School has implemented curriculum of the Ministry of Religious Affairs so that it can take the national final examination. Management of learning is a set of interrelated processes that integrate an element within, both in educational organization and among the elements themselves, to achieve the desired goals of educational The purpose of this study is to know the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervision of learning Arabic language based on Sears?s theory in Rasyidiyah Khalidiyah Islamic High School for women Amuntai. This study is case study which is part of qualitative research. Data collected using interview, documentation and observation. Then data analysis includes data reduction, data display and conclusions. Checking the validity of data will be done by extension of observation, triangulation, and mentor consultation. The results of this study indicates that the management of Arabic learning in Rasyidiyah Khalidiyah Islamic Boarding School includes: (1) Planning of Arabic learning which includes; (a) Schools use short-term planning (b) there is lesson plan/RPP and Syllabus which refer to Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP). (2) Organization of Arabic learning which includes; (a) preliminary activities, core activities, and finale activities. The core activities include; exploration, elaboration and confirmation (b) only some teachers use methods and media in learning. (3) Directing of Arabic learning includes; (a) the principal directs the teachers to exert efforts in teaching Arabic in the teaching process (b) directing teachers to motivate students to learn Arabic. (4) Coordinating of Arabic learning includes; (a) internal coordination (b) is coordination among the principal and the teachers at the beginning of the school year to discuss the syllabus, and then among the principal, the curriculum section and the teachers in determining the time for the lesson. (5) Suvervison of Arabic learning includes; (a) evaluation of student learning outcomes (b) evaluation of Arabic learning process. ABSTRAK Pondok pesantren Rasyidiyah Khalidiyah adalah pondok pesan
