ABSTRACT The development of Teaching Material of Islamic Culture History of Mind Map Model is one of the media wich is used to help student?s understanding and increasing the value in Islamic Culture History learning at 8^th grade of Islamic Junior High school. The needed of interesting Teaching Material for student?s is a reason to do this development research. In the Mind Map model there is a mapping about the death of the Prophet who comes from the book khulashoh nurul yaqin vol 1, and is equipped with illustrations that will make it easier for students to understand and remember in the long term. The aim of this development research are producing mind-map model of the History of Islamic Culture and knowing differences about the result of student?s study after and before using product. The object of this research is the student?s at 8^th grade of Islamic Junior High School Raudlatul Ulum Ganjaran Gondanglegi Malang Regency. The method of this research is research and development (R&D) using design of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate). The result of this study and the development of Teaching Material of Islamic Culture History of Mind Map Model is full fill the valid, (1) Criteria of material test expert which reach the valid level is 84%, (2) Design expert is 86,6%, (3) Islamic culture history learning expert of 8^th 96,6%, d. The result of small grouping test is 90,4%, (4) The result of field test is 94,5%. It is shown the result that there is differences of the result of student?s study before and after using the Mind Map model. Therefore, it is found that the student?s have an increase of the post control class and experimental class, it is about 72,5 < 88,5. It can be concluded that there is a difference between the class which does not use this product and the class which use it. T-test result in SPSS counting with significant level of 0.05 is shown the result t_hitung>t_tabel is about 5,599 > 2,0129 it means that H_O d is rejected and H_1 is a accepted, so it can be said that there is significance difference of the student?s value which do not use the product and the student?s value which use it. It is shown that Mind Map model can be used in teaching and learning process ABSTRAK Pengembangan bahan ajar Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam model Mind Map merupakan salah satu sarana guna membantu memahamkan dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam, kebutuhan akan bahan ajar yang menarik peserta didik salah satu alasan untu melatar belakangi penelitian pengembangan ini. Pada model Mind Map terdapat pemetaan isi kitab khulashoh nurul yaqin jilid I, dan dilengkapi ilustrasi yang memudahkan siswa untuk memahami dan mengingat dalam jangka panjang. Tujuan penelitian adalah menghasilkan produk berupa model Mind Map Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam dan mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan dan tidak menggunakan produk pengembangan.Sasaran penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Raudlatul Ulum Ganjaran Gondanglegi Kabupaten Malang.
