ABSTRACT Marriage agreement is a matter regulated to prevent and protect the goals and dignity of each party. In the marriage known agreement that is often read by the husband after akad, namely taklik talak. Taklik talak is seen from its essence as a covenant that relies on the condition with the primary purpose of protecting the wife from the abuse of her husband. The many practices of reading taklik talak at each marriage in Indonesia indicate that the community agrees with the existence of a taklik talak for the integrity of the household, therefore researchers are interested in conducting this research. The type of research is field research, because researchers do direct data mining to KUA Kandangan as the object of research. With two focus of problems studied, namely: 1) The Planting of Values of Husband's Responsibility to Wife through Sighat Taklik Talak; 2) The affect of sighot taklik talak on household integrity. In this study, it was found that: First, In instilling husband's responsibility values to wife with sighat taklik talak, KUA try by obliging the bride and groom to follow Rapak and BIMWIN before marriage so that the bride also get knowledge about taklik talak. This can give them the affect to be aware of the importance of the taklik taklik, so that it can be benefited by them. In addition, the KUA also uses the marriage contract implementation technique which tends to motivate the bride to read the sighat taklik talak in her marriage. Seen from the condition of the society is already religious, but all that does not work if the lack of awareness of the public about the importance of reading sighat taklik talak. So that the effort of KUA Kandangan Subdistrict has given enough emphasis to the bride and groom so that they read the sighat taklik talak in their marriage. Secondly, the affect of the taklik talak on household integrity is very much dominated by the informant's belief in the act of prudence of the husband against his wife, as well as the wife's further actions when the husband does what is stated in the taklik talak. But there are also those who are not trust of the affect of taklik talak in their household life. So, the existence of taklik talak described by Muslim Leader (penghulu) not too affect the household life. ABSTRAK Perjanjian perkawinan merupakan hal yang diatur untuk menjaga dan melindungi tujuan serta martabat suami dan istri. Dalam perkawinan, perjanjian dibacakan oleh calon suami setelah akad nikah, dikenal dengan taklik talak. Taklik talak dilihat dari esensinya sebagai perjanjian yang menggantungkan kepada syarat dengan tujuan utama melindungi istri dari kesewenangan suami. Banyaknya praktek pembacaan taklik talak pada tiap-tiap pernikahan di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat setuju dengan adanya taklik talak untuk keutuhan rumah tangga, oleh karena itu peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian ini field research, karena peneliti melakukan penggalian data langsung ke KUA Kandangan sebagai objek penelitian.
