ABSTRACT The social problem categorized in deviant behaviour such as juvenile deliquency. It is said that because there is deviation of behaviorfrom the rules or norms prevailing in the society. A distorted or naughty teenagr must have reason behind it. Of course, in this case, the family position was considered to have an important role in building up the attitude and character of their childreen as a provision of their future life. The purpose of the study was to: 1. Identify how was juvenile deliquency in Sidodadi village, Ngantang district, Malang regency. 2. Know what kind of factors caused juvenile deliquency in Sidodadi village, Ngantang district, Malang regency. 3. Know the effort of parents in tackling juvenile deliquencyin Sidodadi village, Ngantang district, Malang regency. This study used a qualitatif approach, case of study. The data collection technicues implemented with several steps such us; observation, interview, and documentation. Then the data was analyzed critically and after the data have been collected, the researcher used a descriptive qualitayive method. The result of study showed that: 1. The forms of juvenile deliquency in Sidodadi village, Ngantang district, Malang regency, as follows: individual deviatio; lying behavior, stealing, ditching, watching a porn movie, dringking alcohol, sexual behahior without marriage. Group deviation; fights between teenagers, speeding up. 2. The factors caused juvenile deliquency in Sidodadi village, Ngantang district, Malang refency were; a). Intern factors: lack of self- control, and adaptability to the chage of a good and creative environmental. b). Extern factors: lack of love and affection from the parents and environment, regarding the authority of parents teachers, and leader of the society, ineffective supervision by parents, lack of activity to spend a leisure time, the influence of technological development that are not addresed properly. 3. The efforts done by parents in tackling juvenile deliquency in Sidodadi village, Ngantang district, Malang regency were: preventive, represive, and currative. ABSTRAK Masalah sosial yang dikategorikan dalam perilaku menyimpang diantaranya adalah kenakalan remaja. Dikatakan seperti itu karena terdapat penyimpangan perilaku dari berbagai aturan atau norma yang berlaku ditengah masyarakat. Seorang remaja yang menyimpang atau nakal, pastilah dari banyak faktor yang melatar belakanginya. Tentu dalam hal ini, posisi orangtu dinilai memiliki peran penting dalam mencetak sikap dan karakter seorang anak sebagai bekal hidup dimasa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk : (1) Mengidentifikasi bagaimana kenakalan remaja di Desa Sidodadi Kecamatan Ngantang Kabupaten Malang. (2) Mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kenakalan remaja. (3) Mengetahui Upaya Orangtua dalam Menanggulangi Kenakalan Remaja Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah kualitatif berjenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan melaksanakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
