Abstract :
ABSTRAK Peminjaman merupakan suatu proses yang dilakukan sebelum memakai barang atau sesuatu yang bukan milik kita dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Proses peminjaman juga dapat melibatkan banyak data. Pada Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang proses peminjaman masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menyebabkan banyaknya jadwal yang berbenturan. Ketepatan waktu dalam peminjaman ruang dan fasilitas kampus sangatlah dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu dibangun sistem informasi peminjaman ruangan dan fasilitas dengan menerapkan metode Rule-base. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi konflik peminjaman dan merepresentasikan aturan-aturan peminjaman pada sistem. Parameter yang diterapkan pada Rule-based meliputi nama ruangan, jenis fasilitas, tanggal, jam, dan status peminjaman. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem informasi yang dilakukan untuk 3 ruangan berbeda dimana ruang sidang dengan 4 data peminjaman dihasilkan true positive 4, true negative 0, false positive 0, false negative 0 dan tingkat akurasi sebesar 100%. Pada auditorium selatan dengan 85 data peminjaman dihasilkan true positive 82, true negative 0, false positive 2, false negative 1 dan tingkat akurasi sebesar 96,47%. Ruang auditorium utara dengan 120 data peminjaman dihasilkan true positive 118, true negative 2, false positive 0, false negative 0 dan tingkat akurasi sebesar 100%. At the Faculty of Science and Technology of Islamic State University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, the borrowing process is still done manually, it caused the number of schedules collided. Timeliness in borrowing rooms and campus facilities is essential. Therefore, it is needed to build information system borrowing room and facilities by applying the Rule-base method. This method is used to identify borrowing conflicts and represent the rules of borrowing system. The parameters applied to Rule-based include room name, facility type, date, time, and loan status. Based on the results of testing the information system conducted for 3 different rooms where the courtroom with 4 data borrowing generated true positive 4, true negative 0, false positive 0, false negative 0 and 100% accuracy. In the southern auditorium with 85 borrowing data generated true positive 82, true negative 0, false positive 2, false negative 1 and 96.47% accuracy. The north auditorium hall with 120 borrowing data is generated true positive 118, true negative 2, false positive 0, false negative 0 and 100% accuracy.
