They are regarded as someone who has a high level of intellect, adult, independent and it can be invited to do all activities related to humanity. The concept of students as the nation's next generation has been embedded in the minds of the people, even the rural community always proud students because it is assumed to do everything. In college, students are given science supplies that will be useful in the career, so with the knowledges are expected to have readiness in facing the working world. The research aims at determining (1) The Influence of field work practice against working readiness of the Social Science students of year of 2014, (2) The Influence of motivation in entering working world against working readiness of the Social Science students of year of 2014, (3) The Influence of field work practice and the motivation in entering working world against working readiness of the social science students of year of 2014. The population of the research involved 50 students the Social Science students of year of 2014. The data collection used questionnaire method The results of the research showed (1) The Influence of field work practice against working readiness of the Social Science students of year of 2014 in the analysis result used multiple regression method, obtained t count value of 2,604 with sig. t equal to 0,012 with t table equal to 2,012, so that variable of Field Work Practice influences to Working readiness. When viewed from the significance of t value of 0.012 was smaller than the alpha, namely 0.012 <0.05. So that it can be concluded that the field work practice had a significant influence against Job Readiness, (2) The Influence of motivation in entering working world in the analysis used multiple regression method, obtained t value of 3.636 with t table of 2.012, so that motivation variable had a significant effect against Working readiness. When viewed from the significance value of 0.001 was smaller than the alpha, namely 0.001 <0.05. So it can be concluded Motivation had a significant influence against working Readiness, (3) The Influence of field work practice and the motivation in entering working world against working readiness of the social science students of year of 2014, F Test was conducted to test the research hypothesis that stated that there is significant influence between Field Work Practice (X1) and Motivation (X2) against working Readiness simultaneously.
