ABSTRACT Learning achievement is a goal for the students that will be done in many ways to achieve the achievement of students, it will be related to economic status and environment that will affect the achievement of student learning achievement. A good learning environment will lead to maximal learning motivation, it is better for the teacher as a facilitator to be able to create a conducive learning situation so that students can develop good learning motivation to achieve the shared ideals of learning achievement. The purposes of the research are to: (1) explain the positive influence of the economic of parents against student achievement in SDN Kalipare III, (2) explain the positive influence of environment against student achievement in SDN Kalipare III, (3) explain the positive influence between the economic of parents and the environment against student achievement in SDN Kalipare III. The research used quantitative research approach with explanation research. The instrument used questionnaire to measure how big the economic status of parents and the environment, while the results of UAS of Odd semester of Year of 2017/2018 was used to measure student achievement. Testing the instrument used the validity and reliability test. While the method of data analysis used descriptive analysis percentage, multiple regression, hypothesis test and classical assumption test. The results of research indicated that: (1) there is a significant positive influence of the economic of parents against the learning achievement with the value of Tcount 3.925> Ttable 2.77 and significance value of 0.001 <0.05. (2) there is a significant positive influence of the environment against the learning achievement with Tcount 3.561> Ttable 2.77 and significance value of 0.001 <0.05. (3) simultaneously, test result of independent variable against dependent variable used F test with value of Fcount 6,623> 3,35 Ftable and significance value of (0,003 <0,005). R square of 0,243 (24,3%)and the rest of 75,7% were influenced by other variables that were not mentioned in the research. It can be said that the full motivation of learning from parents and the environment will influence good learning achievement. ABSTRAK Prestasi belajar merupakan tujuan bagi sebagian besar siswa, sehingga banyak cara akan dilakukan siswa untuk menggapai prestasi yang dinginkan, hal itu akan berkenaan dengan status ekonomi dan lingkungan, dimana kedua factor tersebut akan saling mempengaruhi pencapaian prestasi belajar siswa. Lingkungan belajar yang baik akan menimbulkan motivasi belajar secara maksimal, oleh karena itu ada baiknya ketika guru sebagai fasilitator mampu menciptakan keadaan belajar yang kondusif sehingga siswa dapat mengembangkan motivasi belajar yang baik. Demi tercapainya cita-cita bersama yakni prestasi belajar yang diinginkan.
