ABSTRACT Supervisor is one of the essential components in the elements of educational institution operation. Supervision activity conducted by the supervisor aimed as a controlling activity toward the whole educational activities to direct, supervise, guide, and control the activities to reach the objectives. Since supervisors are educational personnel who are also responsible to achieve the educational institution?s objectives, certain type of management is needed to perform the supervision program to make sure the implementation runs effectively and efficiently. This study aims to: (1) describe and analyze the planning of the supervisors? program in the madrasa managerial supervision in the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Malang, (2) describe and analyze the implementation of supervisors? program in the madrasa managerial supervision in the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Malang, (3) describe and analyze the evaluation of the supervisors? program in the madrasa managerial supervision in the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Malang, (4) describe and analyze the implication of the supervision management in the madrasa managerial supervision in the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Malang. The study employs qualitative research using descriptive method. The key instrument is the writer and the data collection techniques are interview, observation, and documentation. The data are then analyzed by reducing the irrelevant data, presenting the data and drawing conclusion. The results of the study indicate that: the supervisors? program planning in the madrasa managerial supervision in the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Malang has several points: (1) the supervisors' program planning in the madrasa managerial supervision written in the officers? performance goals is conducted individually by the supervisor by referring to the letter of assignment and supervisors? main duties and function, (2) the arrangement of the madrasa supervision instrument is arranged based on the accreditation instrument of 2017, (3) the arrangement of the supervisors? visitation schedule to the madrasa is arranged based on the supervisor program
