ABSTRACT If we look at the present modern phenomenon that directs one's behavior toward a modern lifestyle oriented to a free lifestyle that is not based on religious behavior, so forget the purpose of life in this world, is due to the passage of time that completely forgets one's identity and sets aside the spirtualis need to form a good personality. good. To answer the problem then in the city of Malang there Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Gading as a place to guide someone to good behavior according to the teachings of Islam, because in it apply or teach the teachings of Tarekat Qadiriyah Wa Naqsabandiyah who play an active role to form the Islamic personality. Therefore, researchers conduct research with the focus of research as follows: (1). How are religious teachings and practices in the Jama'ah Tarekat Qadiriyah Wa Naqsabandiyah in Malang? (2). How is the change of religious social behavior in Jama'ah Tarekat Qadiriyah Wa Naqsabandiyah in Malang City? This research uses qualitative approach with naturalistic phenomenology type in Max Weber theory that is Social Behavior in Max Weber's theory, to see a person's change is due to an increased understanding of a doctrine that has implications for the goals achieved. In the process of collecting data, the main instrument is the researcher itself, but the researchers still use interviews, observation and documentation as a means of data collection. While the technique of data analysis the researcher uses descriptive data analysis process through 4 flow of activities that take place together that is: (1). Data reduction. (2). Exposure or data presentation (3) Conclusion (4). Triangulation by discussing the exposure of data and findings that have been found in the field. The findings of research on the Jama'ah Tarekat Qadiriyah Wa Naqsabandiyah in Malang are: (1). Understanding and practice of religion in Jama'ah Tarekat Qadiriyah Wa Naqsabandiyah in Malang has some basic teachings that should be in the practice by the Tarekat Jama'ah that is Bai'at, khususiyah / khataman, manaqiban, pengajian umum and haul akbar dzikir, rabithoh,. Through this practice it makes a person has an Islamic personality. (2). Changes in religious social behavior in Jama'ah Tarekat Qadiriyah Wa Naqsabandiyah in Malang. In this case, the changes that occur Jama'ah Tarekat is in terms of teach tarekat, lifestyle, helpful, increased friendship, amar'ma'ruf nahi munkar.
