ABSTRACT The Development of E-module Subjects Islamic Religious Education Material The prohibition of promiscuity and adultery for class X in SMAN 1 Turen is based on technological progress rapidly and the designation of SMAN 1 Turen as a reference school. Also in reality in the field of learning media in the form of E-module of Islamic Religious Education is low. For that we need to develop this E-module product for learning process and able to educate the nation life. The purpose of this research is to describe the procedure of development of E-module based on PBL lesson Islamic religious education material Prohibition of promiscuity and adultery, knowing how to use development of E-module based PBL lesson Islamic religious education material Prohibition of promiscuity and adultery, and analyze E-module-based PBL lessons Islamic religious education material Prohibition of free sex and adultery. The development model used in this research and development is a Borg & Gall development model consisting of 8 (eight) stages: 1) Research and data collection 2) Planning 3) Development of initial product format 4) expert validation 5) product revision I 6 ) field trial 7) product revision II 8) Dissemination and implementation. Research subjects were Lecturers, teachers, and students of class X MIPA 5 data collection using questionnaires, interview guides, and observation sheets. The results of this research are (1) has been successfully explained in detail the procedure of development of E-module (2) explains in detail the use of development of E-module (3) The development product has been proven effective to increase the critical power of students based on the questionnaire obtained from validator responses, material experts of 82,9%, media experts of 73,3, learning 84,6 % and student responses of 88.1%. The result of critical thinking ability is shown data analysis from pretest and posttest from result of T test conducted with level of truth 95% obtained result of significance 0,000 <0,05. So there is a significant difference result between before and after using E-module ABSTRAK Pengembanga E-modul Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Materi Larangan pergaulan bebas dan zina untuk kelas X di SMAN 1 Turen ini berdasarkan kemajuan teknologi yang sangat pesat dan ditunjuknya SMAN 1 Turen sebagai sekolah rujukan. Selain itu dalam kenyataan di lapangan media pembelajaran berupa E-modul Pendidikan Agama Islam sangat minim sekali. Untuk itu perlu dikembangkan produk E-modul ini untuk proses belajar serta mampu mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa.
