ABSTRACT Arabic language learning in Indonesia is divided into two institutions are Arabic language learning in formal institutions and non-formal institutions. The studied of Arabic language in Raudhatul Athfal has using the dictionary as a media, it has part of the important thing to stand up students spirit. But, researcher has faind in the Raudhatul Athfal Koiru Ummah Malang no one nice media, that is makeing the studied of Arabic language became bored. Therefore, researcher needs to compile the dictionary of Arabic language according to the necessary of students there. The under line of this research is (1) How to head up the dictionary of arabic language for kindergarden stand of 3 dimention (it using on students of raudhatul athfal khoiru ummah in Malang). (2) What the caracteristics of arabic language dictionary for kindergarden stand of 3 dimention (it using on students of raudhatul athfal khoiru ummah in Malang). (3) How the efectifity of arabic language dictionary for kindergarden stand of 3 dimention (it using on students of raudhatul athfal khoiru ummah in Malang). This research uses research and development (R&D) method with qualitative and quantitative approach. Researcher also used by Borg and Gall: prepare study, colected documents, desain result, the trial revition, product revision and the result. The techniques to collect data are observation, interview, questionnaire and test. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this research is (1) The dictionary of arabic language had of 3 dimention consisting of 5 tittles and each tittle stand of ten vocabularys. (2) the characteristic of this dictionary of arabic language is the shape of picture vocabulary as reality. (3) Dictionary of arabic language that have been prepared are effective to improve student?s ability in Arabic language learning. This result is seen when the researcher compared the pre test and post test results obtained by the students, and the value of t(count) in this research (8,34) is bigger than the value of t(table) (2.819) at 1% degree and (2.074) at 5% degree ABSTRAK Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di Indonesia terbagi menjadi dua yaitu pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di lembaga formal dan non formal. Dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di Raudhatul Athfal kamus sebagai media pembelajaran mempunyai peran yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan semngat siswa. Karena pembelajaran bahasa arab di tingkat RA itu membutuhkan metode dan media yang menyenangkan untuk membiasakan siswa mengenal kosakata Arab. Akan tetapi di Raudhatul Athfal Khoiru Ummah Malang karena tidak ada media pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, dan hal inilah yang menyebabkan pembelajaran bahasa Arab itu menjadi membosankan dan tidak biasa memahami kosakata Arab dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menyusun kamus Bahasa Arab yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah
