ABSTRACT
The problems of this research are learning of Balaghah in the university still doesn?t run well, because most of the university students don?t have skill for applying of Material Balaghah in their skill of Arabic language. Some factors are their weak skill of understanding Balaghah book that is referenced, there is no special book that gives them the explanation more easily, less of the interesting examples and suitable with their environment in the application of Material Balaghoh, less motivation of the student for learning Balaghah because of not understanding them about the important and the application in Arabic language that they use everyday.
This research purpose is to: 1) knowing the process of designing the theteaching material Balaghah on the basis qiyas method to facilitate the practice of Balaghah and, 2) determine the effectiveness of using the teaching material Balaghah on the basis qiyas method to facilitate the practice of Balaghah at State Islamic University Antasari Banjarmasin South Kalimantan.
The methodology of this research is the research and development (R&D). research instruments to collect data are: 1) observation, 2) interview, 3) questionnaire, 4) test (pre-test and post-test). The population is the students of State Islamic University Antasari Banjarmasin and the sample isthe students of fifth semester class B in 2017-2018 academic year.
The resultsofthis research are: (1) the result of the the teaching material Balaghah on the basis qiyas method to facilitate the practice of Balaghah at State Islamic University Antasari Banjarmasin South Kalimantan, and the characteristic of the dictionary is as: a. This teaching material arranged on the basis qiyas method (inductive), b. Diktat college, c. Based on learning syllabus includes all teacing material, d. Has many kaida Balaghah generally and specifically and has many explanation with many example that appropriate students condition and environment along with questions for each material title (2) based on the results of pre-test and post-test that usethe teaching material Balaghah on the basis qiyas method was effective in facilitate the practice of Balaghah, is proved when the average value pre-test= 23,21 (refused) rose to 83,2(good) after carrying out post-test. The calculated result of t-test= 25 with db= 13, and t-table value of 2,16 at 5% significant level. Thus the t-test result counts 25 greater than the t-table 2,16. So, the t-test result receiv
