ABSTRACT All students of State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang must follow the Arabic Intensive Class Program especially in the first and second semester. This program uses some books for the material, which are Al-Arabiyah bayna Yadaika Book by Abdurrahman Ibrahim al-Fauzan, etc. This book is difficult for students who have not studied arabic language The students can not translate some words by lexical meaning and they have to understand the arabic language well. Therefore, the researcher analyze idiom in order to make it easy in understanding the meaning. Based on the background of the study above, the researcher will analyze about. ?The Idiom in Al-Arabiyah bayna Yadaika II Book by Abdurrahman Ibrahim al-Fauzan, etc (Study Analysis in Grammatical Semantic). The research problems of this thesis are: 1) What are the element of Idiom in Al-Arabiyah bayna Yadaika II Book by Abdurrahman Ibrahim al-Fauzan, etc considered by grammatical? 2) How does the change in the lexical meaning to idiomatic in Al-Arabiyah bayna Yadaika II Book by Abdurrahman Ibrahim al-Fauzan, etc considered by semantic? 3) How does the relations between lexical meaning and idiomatic in Al-Arabiyah bayna Yadaika II Book by Abdurrahman Ibrahim al-Fauzan, etc considered by semantic? The study is categorized into library research by grammatical semantics approach. Data collection technique is library technique. Data analysis technique is distributional methods and immediate constituents technique. After analyzing data, the researcher found 159 idioms in Al-Arabiyah bayna Yadaika II Book. Observed by parts of speech, idiom made from two and three words, those are: 1)al-ism + al-ism, 2)al-harf + al-ism, 3)al-ism + al-harf, 4)al-fi?lu + al-ism, 5) al-fi?il + al-harf, 6)al-fi?lu + al-harf + al-ism, 7)al-fi?il + al-ism + al-ism, 8)al-harf + al-ism + al-ism, 9)al-fi?li + al-harf + al-harf, 10)al-harf + al-fi?lu, and 11)al-harf + al-harf. Also, the researcher analyze based on the kind of phrase and sentence, idiom made from: 1) idhafy, 2) na?ty, 3) jary, 4) dharfy, 5) combination jary and idhafy, and 6)jumlah fi?liyah. Moreover, the researcher found the other type which is not phrase or sentence, they are 1) al-mashdar + al-harf, 2)isim fa?il + al-harf, 3)isim maf?ul + al-harf, 4)al-fi?lu an-naqish, and 5)harfa al-
