ABSTRACT In the modern times, Arabic is very important in social life. Arabic not only as the language used for worship and study of Islamic religious knowledge alone, but this time the Arabic language has penetrated in various fields, namely as an international language, profession, trade, business, technology, politics and others. Once the importance of the Arabic language during this time, it is our duty as educators and agents introduction of the Arabic language to be able to introduce and hang properly to the public especially to students. Therefore, in learning the Arabic language should be in bed with a systematic and well-executed, so that the Arabic language learning objectives can be achieved smoothly and well. For that, we also have to take the experience of the madrassas that have been successful in learning Arabic, one of which Al-Maarif Education Foundation which has had various levels of school dinaunginya one MTs Madrasah Al-Maarif Singosari Malang. Therefore, researchers want to conduct research on learning Arabic at MTs Madrasah Al-Maarif Singosari Malang with the formulation of the problem as follows: What is the purpose of learning Arabic in MTs Al-Maarif Singosari Malang ?; Are Those materials and methods used in teaching the Arabic language there ?; and how systematic assessment in Arabic learning in the madrassa ?. And the purpose of this study is: Knowing the purpose of learning Arabic at MTs Madrasah Al-Maarif Singosari Malang; knowing the materials - the materials and methods used in teaching the Arabic language there; and know and understand the systematic assessment of learning Arabic in the madrassa ?. In this study, researchers used a purely qualitative method by using tools such as interviews with teachers of Arabic in extracurricular class and make observations or observations of Arabic language learning in the classroom and extracurricular facilities. And the results of this research are: 1) The purpose of learning the Arabic language Al-Maarif mts singosari not only shown from the guidelines launched by the school but is an activity that can be done to introduces that it is easy to learn Arabic. 2) The material is moved towards that goal (LKS) is the book in which there are four skills Arabic. And coupled with interesting material using strategies from teachers. 3) the method used in the study is eclectic collaboration which uses four language skills. and supported a complete tool also should be noted that the above purpose
