ABSTRACT Arabic language is one of the foreign languages taught in Indonesian schools. It is known as the difficulty when both taught, they different in the mother tongue of any Indonesian language differs greatly from linguistically. As the note that has tall researcher in school of Nurul Huda, the Students feel laziness and difficult to learn Arabic language, especially in the translation of Arabic texts, because many of them don't know the meaning of vocabulary. Based on that problem solved by researcher wants to prepare a Dictionaryi of Arabic language to facilitate students in understanding the Arabic Language. From the previous statement, the researcher made research questions: 1) how to develop the dictionary in learning the Arabic language, at MTs Nurul Huda-Malang? 2) how effective use of Arabic language teaching assistant lexicon in first grade at MTs Nurul Huda-Malang?. The purpose of this research: 1) for development of Arabic language teaching assistant lexicon in first grade at MTs Nurul Huda-Malang?, 2) for effective use of Arabic language teaching assistant lexicon in first grade at MTs Nurul Huda-Malang. The entrance is used in this research is qualitative and quantitative input method is research and development. This method is the search method used to obtain certain results and effective experience. The results of this research are: 1) Development Assistant lexicon over the following stages: 1)Analysis of need and problem, 2) design 3) development 4) arbitration experts, 5) Revision, 6) field experience, 7)Revision, 8) producing the Dictionary. 2.) effective use lexicon this lexicon plugin effectively increase the responsiveness of Arabic in first grade at MTs Nurul Huda-Malang As a result the average test post students of experiment class 39, 8, if entered on the standard test result among (97, 5-100), summarizing the efficiency-seeking students for a class experiment on "excellent". As a result of their differences, is 27, 39. The result of an expert in the field of book content and language amounts to 92 percent, 8 percent and are at the level of "very good". This is indicates that the dictionary which is developed is a very fit to use in arabic learning with showing all the notes, suggestions or comments that is provided by the expert, the teachers, and the students ABSTRAK Bahasa Arab merupakan salah satu bahasa asing yang diajarkan di sekolah-sekolah Indonesia. Dan seperti yang diketahui bahwa Hal ini dikenal sebagai suatu kesulitan oleh siswa yang mempelajarinya karena terdapat perbedaan yang banyak dengan bahasa Ibu atau bahasa Indonesia serta tata bahasanya Berdasarkan Observasi yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti di MTs.
