PT. Aero Catering Service (ACS) is one of the catering industry which is food and beverages supply for domestic and international flight. One of the factor to establish for indsutry development is productivity concern with press and handling input as use like labours, machine and materials to get output as useful as possible. With observe price and taste quality side from all of the product offered to costumer airline can give the prestige for PT. Aero Catering Service (ACS) as one of the flight catering industry. Therefore, industry wish for the productivity always high in every condition to get high profit for industry viability. Productivity measurement is one of the way to increase productivity with calculate productivity index to might be find out of profitability index. With partial and total analyzing each of input, we?ll get to know cause of high low industry productivity to be the better one in the future. The research purpose is to find out and productivity level analyzing from each labours, machine and materials input to industry profitability. Variable as used in research is labours, machine and materials to retained earnings industry output with research sample from all of the data production time in February and March 2011, sources of data get from PT. Aero Catering Service (ACS) Juanda ? Sidoarjo. Analysis technique as used in is partial and total productivity measuring model, industry performance measuring index model Marvin E. Mundel, and profitability with APC (American Productivity Center) model. Analysis data result refer that partial productivity level from labours, machine and materials input getting fluctuation. Total productivity getting increase from the previous month which is influential to increase industry profitability.
