Abstract :
This study aims to examine how much influence organizational communication climate to employee performance in Surabaya City Health Department. Because every organization both public / private have a goal to be achieved. Where indirect organizational communication climate can affect the way of life of people in an organization. The cooperation between the leader and the led can melakasanakan duties and functions in its structure within the existing organization. So Climatic Effects on Performance Organisation will provide goals and employee benefits for the organization. Theoretical basis of this research is organizational communication, organizational communication network, communication flows organizations, organizational communication approach, in a corporate communication, organizational communication climate, the factors in climate measurement, employee performance, employee performance factors. The method used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study prove that the test variables simultaneously / together on the F test showed organizational communication climate at the City Health Office Surabaya significant influence on employee performance. While testing on the test variable T sendiri sendiri/parsial showed only 5 variables that affect the performance of employees in Surabaya City Health Department, while one variable showed no effect on the performance of existing employees in Surabaya City Health Department.
