Abstract :
Corruption cases that happened in Indonesia has been very worrying, and this in accordance with Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) stating there were 226 cases of corruption in time early 2017 (January-June 2017) and according to put Indonesia in the 7th position of ASEAN. The research method used is qualitative method with the intepretif approach. The data obtained through interview, observation, documentation and library studies. The theory used in this research is the theory of good governance and stewardship theory. The results of this research show that the application of good govervance Sub-Sub Recipient (SSR) TB-HIV Care ' Aisyiyah Sidoarjo has been maximized, because in practice is in compliance with the principles of good governance, such as accountability already a maximum of performance results, was already successfully proven transparency of presentation of financial statements that are honest, high community participation, SSR response so fat toward complaints of the community and the global fund, as well as the rule of law which is already adhered to. Of the implementation of good governance which is already at the maximum, exposing the existence of SSR TB-HIV Care ' Aisyiyah Sidoarjo as an NGO can be trusted to act in accordance with the interests of the Global Fund..
