Abstract :
This research is motivated by the lack of commitment of DPC of Gerindra
Party of Kediri Regency. There are 6 indicators in the organization's Climate
measurement. The purpose of this study to know about the Communication Climate
Organization DPC Party Gerindra Kediri. This organizational climate study uses a
quantitative approach with survey methods and is a descriptive research type. The
population drawn includes the entire organization. After that, the results are analyzed
and presented in descriptive form of discussion of research problems.
The results of research on the organizational climate communication
variable trust in the organization of the frequency is quite good, the decision-making
variables together well enough implemented. Honesty variables are quite well
implemented, the openness variables in communication down communication is done
openly, on the variable listening in communication upward The leadership is good
enough in listening to information, At the variable attention on the purpose of high
performance Leaders are good enough to provide motivation and appreciation
Organizational climate that occurs in all variables is quite good, it's just that
in the Variables of attention on high-performance goals, commitment in organisiasi
need more attention.
