Abstract :
ANGGA WIDYA HANDHIKA , ANALYSIS OF FRAMING IRMAN GUSMAN CATCHING BY COMMISSION REPORTS RELATED TO THE BRIBERY CASE OF SUGAR IMPORT QUOTAS IN ONLINE MEDIA TEMPO.CO AND SINDONEWS.COM The title of this research is the analysis of Framing Irman Gusman Catching By Kpk report Related Bribery Case Sugar Import Quota In Online Media Tempo.Co and Sindonews.Com. This study aims to determine how Tempo.co and Sindonews.com interpret, understand and frame the news of the arrests Irman Gusman by the Commission related to the bribery case of sugar import quota. Framing the media on the issue or the same event differ from each other because it is influenced by the ideology and the condition of the media is concerned. construction of reality by media sources can be seen through the election, the election narrative stories, and protrusion in accordance with certain sections of the media interest. The method used is a qualitative research method analyzes framing. This study uses a model framing analysis approach Robert N Entman with four devices: first is the definition of the problem, estimating the cause of the problem, issue decisions, and recommendations for solving them. Focus of this research is the analysis of framing the news on 17 September 2016 to 22 September 2016 in the online media Tempo.co and Sindonews.com. Once analyzed, it looks that the two media has a different frame in addressing the issue of the arrest of Irman Gusman. Tempoco judge what was done by Irman Gusman is a very despicable deeds, because trading in influence. While the arrest rate Sindonewscom full of anomalies and no indication that the arrest was a trap. Kata Kunci : Tempo.co, Sindonews.com, Corruption, framing, Robert N. Entman.
