Abstract :
INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION MODEL BETWEEN PENGASUH AND SANTRI IN PONDOK PESANTREN NGALAH PASURUAN (Qualitative Descriptive Study Interpersonal Communication Models Between Pengasuuh And Santri In Overcoming Juvenile Delinquency In Ngalah Pasuruan Pesantren). Lack of caregiver supervision makes juvenile delinquency in pesantren become very frequent. Juvenile delinquency includes all deviant behavior from parental rules, school rules, or community norms that harm themselves and the people around them. The purpose of this research is to know the model of interpersonal communication between caregiver and santri in overcoming juvenile delinquency in Pondok Pesantren Ngalah Pasuruan. Interpersonal communication model used is transactional model, and interactional model. Researchers use a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The result of this research of caregiver and santri communications is not so close that santri shut down if something happened and resulted juvenile delinquency in Pondok Pesantren Ngalah this still happened.
